We sit down with you, with no pressure and no hard close, to understand how you want to use the space and where your budget needs to land.
On-Site Design Walkthrough
We come to your yard and mark it out on the ground, so you can stand in the actual footprint before anything is committed.
Design & Firm Proposal
You get the final shape and features laid out with a firm number attached, every line itemized.
Contract & Permitting
We sign, we schedule, and we handle the permits and inspections your city or county requires.
Build & Construction
Excavation, composite wall set and brace, plumbing, concrete, coping, liner, then equipment start-up.
Water & Final Walkthrough
We fill it, balance it, and walk you through running your pool. We do not leave until you are comfortable.

Why choose a vinyl liner pool?
Vinyl gives you the most custom shape for the money, a smooth surface that is easy on feet and swimsuits, and a finish you can refresh later with a new liner instead of a full resurface. Vinyl is the only type of pool we build.
How much does an inground pool cost?

How long does it take to build?
From breaking ground to swimming, most of our vinyl pools run a matter of weeks rather than months. Vinyl construction moves faster than gunite because there is no long cure time.
Can I finance my new pool?
Yes, and most of our clients do. We work with Hearth, VistaFi, Lyon Financial and HFS. Getting pre-qualified early is worth doing because it tells us what to design toward.
What features can I add to a vinyl pool?
Sun shelves, side shelves, vinyl-over-composite steps, shear descents, pool deck jets, slides, LED lighting, heaters and stamped concrete.
Do I need a permit to build a pool?
In most Central Arkansas cities and counties, yes. We handle the permitting and inspections as part of the build, including HOA submittals where they apply.
How long does a vinyl liner last?
With normal use and balanced water, expect many years of service. When that day comes, a new liner is a straightforward job and an easy way to make the whole pool feel new.
What areas do you build in?
We cover the Little Rock metro, the I-40 corridor and the lake and Hot Springs communities, roughly a 90-minute radius. We go further for the right project -- just ask.
